They strive to exceed client expectations and, as such, they are searching for outstanding candidates who seek appropriate recognition for the ability to consistently perform at an elevated level to their peers. Their business is based on a meritocracy, therefore, there are no limits to what can be achieved. This role represents a tremendous opportunity to learn and grow within this exciting sector.

  • Ensuring our CRM system and SharePoint spaces are kept in good order (including managing the data rooms containing critical and confidential project information)

  • Reviewing property documentation to ensure projects can progress to the next relevant milestone

  • Supporting the land team in operating safely, by coordinating H&S documentation and assisting with check-in processes

  • Representing the company on our stand at occasional trade events, selling what we do to prospective landowner clients

  • Working as part of a small team to achieve project completion and assist with day- to-day tasks

  • Required Candidate Characteristics

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with a bright and customer-centric attitude

  • A very strong interest and passion for understanding of the UK renewable energy

sector, with particular reference to solar and battery storage projects

  • Strong IT skills, Excel and willingness to learn CRM functionality and engage in reporting requirements

  • Able to work in the UK on a long-term basis without sponsorship

  • Desirable Candidate Characteristics
  • Some experience of working within the property sector
