Q: How do I register an account?

A: Your account will be automatically created when you post your first job. There is a field for your email and password on the submission form.

Q: How long does it take for my advert to go live across the boards?

A: Your job advert will go live across your chosen job board package within 2 hours. We may need to contact you during this time if we require any more information from you to ensure you get the best possible campaign.

Q: How long does my advert get posted on the job boards for?

A: Your job advert will go live for 28 days across the job board sites from the day you post your vacancy.

Q: Will my branding be on the vacancy?

A: Job adverts will have your branding or our branding depending on the job board and package. Candidates are sent directly to your company-branded advert on GIS-Jobs.co.uk. We also have fully branded packages. Please see or pricelist.

Q: How do I receive my job applications?

A: You will recieve your applications via your account portal on the GIS-Jobs website, or, your registered email. Preferences for application receipt can be set within your account settings.

Q: Will you write my job advert for me?

A: Yes, provide us with the basic details for the vacancy and we will optimise so that your professionally written advert is found by the right candidates.

Q: Can I edit my job advert once it's gone live?

A: Unlike most job advertisers, we don’t charge you for edits. You can simply edit your job within the portal or by emailing your changes to your account manager.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major payment providers via card, including Visa and MasterCard. We can also issue invoices if you prefer an invoice/billing process.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes, occasionally we will run offers and discounts. Ensure your email is registered and your contact details are up-to-date to recieve these. when available.
