GIS Analyst (Highly Numerical and Verbal Analysis skills)
My prestigious Client is looking to appoint a GIS Analysts to join their corporate mapping team.
Working at the sharp end of this business the successful GIS analyst will be exposed to fantastic career progression and exciting project based work within an environment which will support your personal development and growth.
You will be working within a dedicated GIS operational team and you will enjoy the variety of responding to live issues as much as doing more strategic analysis and planning. There will be opportunities to widen your horizons as they continue to influence the business to recognise the benefits of spatial analysis.
Key Skills/Experience & Qualifications required:
-Degree in GIS, mapping science or similar
-Analytical background (Very high level of Numeracy and verbal reasoning)
-Advanced Excel (Ideally SQL, SAS & Data mining but not essential)
-Statistical modelling (not essential)
This is a permanent position and would suit a candidate who is highly Analytical and possesses solid Numeric and Verbal reasoning skills.
